Germany's Stonehenge

Synopsis:

Last year archeologists started to unearth what now appears to be Europe's oldest astronomical observatory. The compound, located near the little town of Goseck in Saxony/Anhalt, is estimated to be about 7000 years old and thereby clearly predating places like Stonehenge. Details of the finds were published on Thursday.
