A very good piece of news indeed... and a heartening one. Hopefully England and Wales will allow such ceremonies in the future as Scotland and now Eire have done.
The only thing I find slightly annoying is the "jumping over a broomstick" - is this a mandatory requirement? It smacks of something wiccan to me, and is not the sort of thing I'd be into. Surely one of the defining traits of our practice is flexibility... ?
Anyway. it's a positive step!
